I've been outside all week and I haven't made it to a store to buy any sunblock...

My face is so burnt and my lips have blisters.

    I don't like sunburns.

The natural part in my hair also is sunburned. Weird...I hate that.

Ouch! That has to hurt. Are you still in California at the moment? I'm guessing so, as it's like the sunburn capital of the world. I hope it starts to feel better, I know when it gets around your lips and eyes it stings like nobody's business. Get some aloe for it! :)

Yeah, I'm on an island in Southern California. Unfortunately, since there aren't any real stores here on the island, aloe and sunblocks take special trips to retreive...

I need to get on that. I love the sun, but I have very fair skin.

I hear that. I just got back from Florida, and I was surprised to find out how strong the rays are in February. I was crispier than I've been in quite some time.

well i haven't had a sunburn in a long time. the last i remember was after sea kayaking for a few hours in the keys in a wifebeater a couple years ago...2 or 3

despite being of almost entirely scottish and german stock, i have a rather dark olive complexion and soak up the sun very nicely....i have to either be in the sun at a lower latitude for while without sunblock or really make an effort to get a sunburn.

i can't remember the last time i've burned here in ohio.

We get harsh sunlight over here. I was waiting for a uni lecture the other day, and was in the sun for an hour or two, and half my face got burnt :(

I am originally from Michigan...they will have almost 11 inches of snow by tomorrow morning...being in the sun is great, but the aftermath is not always the best.
