I personally think the bathtub would fuck you up more. But both ideas are likely to kill some parts of your brain.

I am pretty sure by the time you finished the glass you would already be tripping harder than you have ever tripped before. And that would only be the come up. You would most likely be dead before 2 hours. If not physically then for sure mentally.
