okay, i've been googling measurements and conversion rates because i'm confused:
this is my first time in the marijuana forum
and the American/Canadian people here are talking about hash being like $15-$20 a gram, yes?
in Britain it's become custom to not use gram, but ounces
so, you ask for a "quarter bit" etc. (1/4oz in resin form)
    now, in my area, a 1/4oz will be about £15 - £20, but that's $30 - $40 for an ounce --
an ounce being 28 and a half grams!

    am i going wrong someplace?
    i mean, if it's £60 per ounce, then in Britain that's $120 for 28 grams -- which means it's $4 a gram?

    there's definitely something up here

if you can make sense of my sentences,
then maybe you can make sense of all this?

It's because most of the hash in the UK is soapbar, this is contaminated hash, its been cut with additives to make a small amount heavier. Most of the hash in the states is so expensive because it hasnt been cut and is therefore very potent compared to soapbar.

British skunk on the other hand is great, stick with that and you'll done fine. Haven't seen grit weed in ages.
