Was Martin Luther King Jr. A Homosexual?

Many specialist believe so, apparently King enjoyed many long summer weekends at his ranch home just outside of Detroit, only accompanying with 16 year old boys that he called "A time for teaching these young men spiritual guidance."

Decades later two accounts from these boys suggest King of sexual relations. I'm still in the dark about this one, what you think?

I have not seen any hard evidence showing MLK to be a homosexual, just a fraud and a violent sexual deviant basically. I know it's not PC to say this, but the image portrayed of the man is nothing like what he was really like. The man was a rapist and much of his work was plagiarized and passed off as his own. Much of his doings were not exposed by some neo-nazi skin head group or the National Alliance, but by a black woman named Julia Brown.

Mrs. Julia Brown spent more than nine years as a member of the Communist Party in Cleveland, Ohio, serving as an undercover operative for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. She "surfaced" in 1962, to testify in Washington about her experiences and to describe how the Communists plan to use Negroes as "cannon fodder" in their program of racial agitation. Today, she continues to risk her life on coast-to-coast speaking tours, exposing the Communist-led revolutionaries who pose "a clear and present danger" to Americans of every race.

People shouldn't have any animosity toards MLK, though. It was the establishment that used him as cannon fodder.

Look at this history revisionist site. It never calls him a homosexual, but it claims to have looked into many other things and found them to be false. It blames blacks for spreading lies. And then it continues to give an unrelated anti-semitic page.

My point is...even if he was a homosexual, the people who are "researching it" are people trying to defame him.

it would probably have to be cherry koolaid i suppose... no mtter what is said about martin luther king junior after his death, because this is all postmrdem speculation, what he did with his life was remarkable and he helped change the fate of the planet, through peaceful means, i read this book, ubik, and in that world black peopme have their own country on the east coast, its called the free negro municiplaty and is rife with violence, i think thats the way people like to see black people as their own country and with a myriad of crime related problems but in reality and very much thanx to mlk black people have very much assimilated and are huge contributors to our nation

 

This made me stop and think...Something wonderful about hipforums is that people are only judged by what they say. With most of the people on here, I don't know you're race, religion or sexual orientation. Some people even choose not to disclose their age, location and gender. People are protected from the prejudices of others.
I mean, the only thing I know about the previous poster (aside from age which is stated) is his/her opinion on this issue, which I can choose to agree or disagree with based only on what is written. If there was a racist or homophobe (etc..) here, any power they think they have over a minority group is taken from them.

This is a very simplistic statement, and it doesn't always apply, but you get what I'm saying...

And what is this...a fucking trial? Let the man be. To truly be accepting of homosexuals we should not be having any disussion or debate about his sexual orientation. That's his private business.

I respect you for asking the question, because questions and discussion are the way to resolve things. But does the orientation of a man like him, any human being for that matter, need to be resolved? If he wanted us to find out, he would have come out himself.

It's still horribly unethical, but if we absolutely need to abuse somone, and call them a "sick minded gay pedophile," then Michael Jackson is fair game.
