I have glass horse shoe pipe I bought about 3 months ago. The inside has sence turn black with resin, as well as the bowl. I was wondering if there was any specific techneque or advice to get the most resin out of the pipe? I'll be out of weed for a few days and thought I could blaze the resin to tide me over.
you could try putting it in a boiling pot of water and it would loosen the res and you can just filter out the water. the rest shouldn't be to hard to get out with different tools also i wouldn't recommend smoking res, but i understand if you're out of green. i've been there.
Just take a wire or paper clip and jam it into the inside of the piece over and over again, scraping it against the sides. Do this for a little, then shake the piece over a piece of paper. A bunch of resin should fall out.
you can get your pipes super clean by boiling them but i see people break their glass like that all the time... Try using alcohol with salt in it, and swishing it around with the pipe.
Yep, that's how I clean my pieces just use good old rubbing alcohol and salt. Breaks up that nasty turd looking tar hella good. Pipe comes out looking brand new almost.
Collect Kief instead! smoking resin is like smoking tar,but go for it if its the last resort of getting high.
just rez hit that shit... who cares about pulling it out.. just put the flame by the bowl and suck.. it'll cherry up the resin inside
that's it... and you guys sure make me feel like a pothead... at one time i smoked resin like every monday(weekly use of piece) then i grew up and though i rarely have no pot, i am too stingy to throw my resin away... let alone my stems, which i use for cannabutter lol
