Schools have the right to tell you what to wear. Deal with it. And ignore fools telling you you'll win a suit. That's just stupid. ESPECIALLY With an illegal substance.

They have the right to make you wear uniforms if they want. You conform to their rules.



THAT'S WHY YOU NEED TO DROP OUT ALREADY. (That and a thousand other reasons.)

I used to say that in school a lot... people generally agreed. Go ahead and say it.

well in australia, at least here in sydney, we wear uniforms, and if you wore one on plain clothes days, youd prolly jsut get laughed at for being 'hardcore stoner man'

that sucks.... i would have cooperated and not worn the shirt again. its best to just say what they want to hear and get it overwith. i hated my first highschool. i went there from 9th grade to 11th. you really have no rights. no privacy. near the end of it, i was being called up to the office and searched every two weeks or so.

i love my new school though. in a situation like this, they would have had you turn your shirt inside out or put a piece of tape over it. we're so much free-er at this school. its fuckin great. no homework, doesnt start till 9, ends at 2, open campus, they let you smoke, all the teachers are on a first name basis, smaller classes etc... im a straight a student now. two words, alternative school.

 

Schools are very intolerate and run over civil liberties because you are under 18. Don't fight the system cuz you can't wear a maryjane shirt. Just smoke it and be happy you are getting away with it.

 

thats mad that in an american school they get that hardcore on you over what you wear?!?! surely they must have something better to do in school than to tell kids what clothes to wear, like maybe teaching?!

tell them you wear the t-shirt in support of industrial hemp products, and that you;d never dream of actually smoking or jsut tell him the shirts made from hemp, and thats the logo of the manufacturer

 

Don't you know? Freedom of speech doesn't count in school. No, I'm serious, I've heard that from faculty many times.


They also only need reasonable suspicion to search you or give you a drug test. So, for instance, if you went to my highschool they'd probably search/test you if you wore that shirt in. Not to mention you get like suspended if you wear anything with a drug reference on it. Even alcohol.

etc.......( they probably won't know what the fuck it is anyway!)

If they've previously stated that wearing drug related shirts wont be tolerated then they can do what they please with you.
