This interesting article points out that the FED has failed to successfully rescue the US economy with its Interest rate reductions.

Things are so bad now that the problem has spread across all sectors of the US credit market, and jumped over to Europe affecting nearly every country there. The European housing market is losing value now right behind the US.

If the first part of the article is too technical (I didn't understand all of it), you should just go to the second page where it gives you the lowdown on how Europe is being affected.

What's most important is that this article points out that things ARE FAR WORSE than anyone realizes especially the governments of the countries that are affected.

As the FED is nothing but a bunch of rich people anyway, they only serve their own interests. It must be remembered that the FED in not a part of our government.

    We're just playthings.

The Outstanding Public Debt as of 03 Mar 2008 at 10:22:05 PM GMT is:

    $9,363,005,640,734.24

The estimated population of the United States is 304,521,761

so each citizen's share of this debt is $30,746.59.

The National Debt has continued to increase an average of
$1.64 billion per day since September 29, 2006!

Bear in mind, that all this happened under George Bush/Dick Cheney and the Neo-Cons' watch, who increased our national debt by at least 3 trillion dollars.
Guess, Democrats aren't the big spenders at all compared to the Republican Neo-Cons.

And yet, we hear John "Bush III" McCain suggesting that he will lead this country into 100 years war ... uhm, how the fuck is he gonna finance all this.

Oh, yeah, from more borrowings, mostly from foreign governments.
    Nice job, motherfuckin' Neo-Cons.
    ASSHOLES!!!

If the FED wanted to save the economy they'd stop cutting rates and bailing out banks. and maybe start releasing the M3 reports again...

It hasn't failed. Only for the American people it has. Not for the elites. This has been their plan all along. Why do you think they've been passing totalitarian legislation that, when fully implemented will make Nazi Germany look like paradise by comparison? Why do you think they're erecting FEMA camps all over the place? Why do you think they've been militarizing the police and building up their surveillance grid? They've been planning for this all along. The big boys at the top are not losing out one bit. The Rockefellers and the Rothschilds couldn't be happier because they see their dream coming into fruition now.

Fruition? Is that a word? Sounds like a bastardization of a word in French. Odd. Bed time for me.
