I've been taking random monthly piss tests for a year now. Yesterday I got a letter stating that I need to appear in court on the 14th for "failure to produce sample for drug testing on 2/15/08". The thing is, I DID show up, I DID piss, and I was clean. So yesterday I call the place I go to for testing, and it turns out the guy that watched me didn't even document the fact that I showed up that day (which he was supposed to). Luckily, I got a call this morning from the place saying that they realized it was his fault and they're going to fax the court to tell them. Isn't that some bullshit, though? I realize people make mistakes, but when you're dealing with something serious like this, you need to be more careful. I could've been in deep shit for nothing. That's just so irresponsible. And it's just my luck for something like this to happen on my last month of probation =P. Just needed to vent.
that's bullshit. Like ok, you're going to jail for a dirty drop. DRUMROLL...... no wait it was just a mistake. back to normal life it really is that easy, except NOT. fuck you pigs
