hey - a cookie is a cookie, but a newton's fruit and cake. get it right! i used to be in the boyscouts, and i had fun cause i loved going out and camping, hiking, backpacking, canoeing, kayaking....but i dropped out because of a lot of reasons, but primarily because i disagreed with many, many things they do, preach, and stand for. first and foremost i believe scouting is for everybody, and shoving anti-gay propaganda down everyone's throat is getting pretty old. i also disliked the emphasis on ranks and "achievement" (getting a merit badge isn't hard, but its a status symbol and they kept pushing me to do more and more. i just wanted a group of friends to go camp and hike with. i didnt care about it beyond that, for the most part) i will not give any money to the boyscouts for any reason, neither will i support united way. similarly, i will never support the red cross until they change their bigoted policies.
the girlscouts is a wonderful organization, though, and have my full support (whatever THATS worth! )
i love samosas. and i cant believe nobody mentioned putting the thin mints in the freezer. my roomate brought back some thin mints and put them right in the freezer, like i do, and then went to classes. well i was done for the day and smoked a couple hours later...when he got back all his thin mints were gone, i gotta go get him a new box now, lol. might as well pick up some samosas too while im there.
I work at an icecream place and we made tagalong (peanut butter girl scott) icecream the other day. A-FUCKING-MAZING!!!
Hell yeah nukka! Shit man, if it comes down to it, I'll bust out the Colt and go into jack mode. *knock knock* "Girl Scouth Cookies?!" "Would you like to buy some, sir?" "No, but I'll gladly take some..."
