chili mash

    1. peel and chop up 1 sweet potato and 1 mash potato
    2. boil and simmer with salt, pepper and a little chili powder until soft
    3. drain and gently heat to remove excess water
    4. add a bowl of cheese, 3 knobs of butter/margarine/whatever, few shakes of chili powder and a long squirt of ketchup
    5. mash until it acquires the texture you like

    chili gives a subtle kick and its orangey/red so adds colour to a plate
