Much depends there on whether you define the word 'cum' as ejaculation or orgasm, for the 2 are necessarily the same thing. With practice you can learn to recognise the moment when your body begins to release semen, just before the orgasm occurs to give it the force to shoot it out. If, at this point you totally stop all masturbatory action - even breaking all contact with the penis, then the semen will ejaculate, although without the power of the orgasm behind it. If you then rest a while you will be able to maintain an erection & continue masturbating to repeat the same sequence over & over again for as long as you can endure holding out on that final killer of an orgasm. This is my own "Dribbler" technique, and I would recommend anyone to try it. It's not easy to master, but well worth it once you do.
