Need help with closet grow-op

I have a closet i want to grow in, i was hoping to have a hydrophonic setup with a veg room and a flowering room, but i only have room for one of those, is there some way that i can cut down on size of there rooms or somthing. the closet is about 3ft across 1.5 feet back and 5.5 feet high. all input is apreciated

 

I once did it a wardrobe by splitting it into 2 by a shelve n putting a fan between and cutting vent holes but it was 6 foot tall. So guess if ya use low heat out lights ie tubes or cfl ya should be ok. Only thing is plants grow quick so would not advise if ya starting from seed coz ya dont wanna go stressing them out by pinching there heads t much. ya have to have a fast turn around on ya blooming section so a sea of green would be best method.
