i got busted on firday night with a buddy of mine. the cop gave me a summons and charged me with 350$ for possesion. hes calling my parents sometime this week. i already told my parents and they know, yea they were dissapointed and stuff. my dads a lawyer too so yeah idk. i have to go to court on april 10th i dont know what to expect or anything. do i have to take a piss test? how bad is it really? i just need some answers. thanks guys and girls.
Most likely anywhere from 3-12 months probation with random piss testing, and perhaps a drug class and some community service. Depends on where you live and if this is your first offense or not.
how much did you get caught w/? if it was under 30 grams maybe 6 months probation and drug classes. If it was over that Maybe a year or more of probation, drug classes, license restrictions, idk... maybe real jail time lol. Idk if its your 1st offense and your dad is a good lawyer you may get away w/ 3-6 months of probation at least. edit: btw where do you live?
yea i asked him about the piss test thing and he says he really doesnt know. i got caught with a small amount it was like 2 grams maybe but the cop said he wouldnt charge me with the amount he just charged me with having possesion of it
it really depends on how you were busted...illegal search? fight it...plain sight find? take the diversion...a fine, maybe probation and community service.
im from good ol' Maine and yea i really want to smoke but i dont know if im subject to taking a urine test or mouth swab test. i guess the best thing would to just lay low and obey the law
