Anybody do online surveys for money?

I was looking into additional sources of income and online surveys came to my attention. Does anybody do these? What is a good site to do them through? I feel like I'm getting scammed when I read about them, but I have heard of people using them for some extra cash. I'm sure I won't make much, but anything extra helps.

i wasn't aware you could make money from that, unless it's the sort of thing where you fill out the survey and get entered into a drawing...

 

no but we usta have a survey place at my mall and if you fit the criteria like age and sex you could answer product questions and get 5 bucks....
abunch of us would do it and then blow our money on drugs.... :]

 

I did for like 5 days, Lucky put me on to it. but it got so monotonous sitting at my desk for half an hour at a time, trying to decide something like which brand of chewing gum has most influenced my life when I don't even chew gum, so I decided I didn't want the $50 that bad and maybe I should go and find a real job anyway.

 

so where can you sign up for this? if I could earn fifty bucks by spending a couple hours answering questions on the internet, I'd totally be down.

 

I have a friend who does that, but it is too boring for me answering questions that I don't find interesting for only a few cents.

 

I did it for a while...90% of it is scams. A lot of them are just sweepstakes for taking the survey so I got tired of it. I might have made like $10 total in 3 months of surveys

 

No. I tried once...but the survey was so long and boring that I quit. haha

 

The only things i've seen like this is where they want you to pay them before anything happens. I'm not gonna pay money when i'm trying to MAKE money.

I considered getting a job doing medical transcription stuff, but after i applied and all that they were like "give us 400 dollars for this program you have to use to do it." and i was like "uh, no."

 

I've seen those Pay us first sites. I don't trust them, and besides, the only reason I'd be filling out boring surveys is because I have no money to spend in the first place.
