Hello all, So I was born June 26, 1988, @ about 7.10 AM, in Lancaster, CA USA. I'm a Cancer with moon in Scorpio, and, to the best of my knowledge: mercury: gemini venus: gemini mars: pisces jupiter: taurus saturn: sagittarius uranus: sagittarius neptune: capricorn pluto: scorpio lilith: virgo asc node: pisces ascendent: cancer house 2: Leo 3: virgo 4. libra 5. scorpio 6. sagittarius 7. capricorn 8. aquarius 9. pisces midheaven: aries 11:taurus 12: gemini And I'm not sure what all this means in terms of my total being in regards to relationships with others. as far as romantic involvement goes, cancers are supposed to go well with taurus, but taurus's stubbornness and social-butterfly-ness and laziness is at ends with my internal scorpio nature (moon), which is too intense and honest and perfectionistic to settle for joy in the mundane social world or to sit with one idea stubbornly (i know this is all sort of vague and subjective, but bear with me). scorpios are said to be good matches for geminis, but the air-sign nature, to be honest, often scares the hell out of me because air-sign people are often so flighty and never grounded in commitment to the present, which offends my home-centered and devoted cancer nature. however, I have two planets in gemini, which are representative of my love affairs and communication (right?) now the air sign in me here negates my water sign natures for sun and moon signs, so that my water-sign side is irritated by air sign people, but i have an air side of my own? I have a fiercely determined and intense internal nature, which is often submitting to my maternal instincts to be nice and help people, with a lot of artistic creativity, and a very confusing super-sex-drive because I also have very little interest in sexual hype, and a general disgust with anything which is marketed (and sex is more marketed than anything). I have a very strong spiritual intuition, not like an alleged "psychic" reading palms or acting as a medium, but I'm generally prone to visionary experience and drawn towards mystical arts and philosophy. I get very bored with being in the company of superficial people or really anyone who doesn't share my intense drive for figuring out the truth of things, and I also get unreasonably mad at people whenever they show the slightest bit of manipulation or sleaziness, which makes me incompatible with most people, I know. I'm pretty new to astrology and I know many traditional astrologists would look at this and think it's full of assumptions (and it is), but if any one can offer insight as to what a person in my astral shoes should be looking for in an adequate partner, I'd really appreciate the feedback. I feel like an orange hat at a funeral sometimes, and it'd be great to get others' opinions on what all this means for me and my life. Thanks for reading that.
Personally I don't consider Taurus so well with Cancer, there are inconsistencies in that relationship. My Cancer sister seem to do well with her Pisces boyfriend.
i think you're air elemental and you supposed to be with earth elemental. that's the basic and that's just my theory. not include astrology yet.
While reviewing your chart I noticed that you have Venus square Mars, which is an aspect notorious for producing problems with relating to the opposite sex. Basically speaking, this is a conflict between your affections and what you are appreciative of (Venus) and your passions and what motivates you (Mars). If your Venusian side is predominant, you may have or have had many purely platonic female relationships, or you may have a tendency to idealize a particular girl/woman who you later realize you aren't compatible with. If your Martian side has been given greater emphasis, then women may sometimes interpret your behavior as being brusque or even lewd. Sometimes, predominancy will vacillate between the two conflicting planets. Your mention of a super-sex-drive is also consistent with this aspect, although often the relationship to it can be compulsive or otherwise dysfunctional in some way. So, speaking in more practical terms, what does all of this mean for your romantic prospects? To be honest, I really don't know for sure. A professional astrologer (I'm what you might call an "enthusiastic amateur" ) who was fully familiarized with your chart might be able to give a more definitive answer. I can, however, offer you a few possibilities as to how you might approach this particular aspect of your psyche. First of all, as you may have already come to accept, it's doubtful that romantic relationships will ever come easily. On the bright side, however, after developing one you'll very likely cherish the positive dynamics, regardless of whether or not they are of a sentimental or a sexual nature. This is simply because Venus square Mars doesn't really allow you to take these experiences for granted. The key here is discipline, because an equilibrium must be established and maintained between these two facets of your being. It's interesting that you mentioned becoming a monk in your poll (jokingly I assume), because assuming your life circumstances are conducive, abstinence might actually be a prudent choice. Of course, this doesn't necessarily mean that you'd have to become a monk or take an oath, but an in-depth reassessment of your relationship to your sexuality would most likely be beneficial and possibly even revelatory. How this would ultimately manifest (i.e. sex vs. no-sex vs. spiritually-oriented sex etc.) would be very personal and probably wouldn't become apparent until after undergoing this process.
