Obama won't win because there's a lot of racists out there who hardly ever vote but will just go and vote against Obama. I mean let's face it, most of the U.S. is still racist. The only countries who aren't racist at all are like Switzerland and Sweden....and that`s because they don't get very many immigrants.

i think that if Hilary went against John Mcain, Mcain would win, just because the men would be too afraid to vote for a woman (for a good reason). However if Obama went against Mcain, Obama would win. Obama has not presented himself as a black candidate, but more like candidate who happens to be black, if that makes sense. Barack does not keep emphasizing that he is black, unlike Hilary who always reminds people she is female. But i think Hilary is going to be the final Democrat candidate (unfortunately)

well racism isn't a default condition of anything. its something right wing politicians keep reinventing for fun and profit, like any other totally gratuitous devide and concor wedge 'issue'. it is too damnably easy for them to keep doing so. its the culture itself that needs a bit of waking up granted, but there's a better then even chance this time arround a lot of it is doing so. enough so that there's no way in hell i'm gonna believe the election wasn't rigged the way the last two were, by caging votes and shinanigans with voting machines, if another damd white male republican were to win. i'm just hoping and praying that won't happen, and will actually get obama, or at least hillary. at this point it looks pretty clear though we WILL get "yes we can" obama. and i'm all for it. even if most of what he can do is inspire everyone. there HAVE been a LOT more democrats turning out for the primaries then republicans. there's been growth in both camps do to a lot of intrest in this election. but dems have been growing in numbers 2 to 1 more then republicans. like i said, there ain't no way in hell i'm gonna believe maccain getting elected if they try to pretend that he was. =^^= .../\...
As a political outsider in that I'm in Canada. I can say U.S. politics is stupid and easy to figure out. Here's the thing, you need at least 100 Mill of your own money to run for the nomination and presidency. That's number 1. Then you need to have one of three historical props for your benefit: - Serve in a war, even if it's reserves - Battle for social change, fight prejudice, fight economic despair etc ( seem to ) - Big name popularity, mega athletes, film icons, some charity big shot etc And yeah, it's got to be a white guy, same goes for Canada, however Canadian is more multicultural then the states I think in terms of political representation. There's not nearly enough hispanics in U.S. politics as their should be but who cares right? The Pres always represents the high class majority of the country, and right now the majority high class of the U.S. is white men, Bill Gates, Donald Trump, see where I'm going with this?? Obama loses big time in my opinion.
