No weird stuff really, I just wear clothes etc. and ride somewhere. Bikes are nothing fancy here, its the main transportation in cities; there's bikes fucking everywhere, everyone here has atleast one bike, most of the bikes aren't that fancy either, just simple city-bikes ment for going short distances. I like my bike though.
Obviously shoes. I hate riding with sandals at times. I also have two rear pannier baskets attached to a carrier, a front bag. Eventually I'll make a trailer, but don't have one now.
Helmet and shoes-my pedals are spiky. I'd like to find a nice basket for the front, cause I don't like wearing a backpack.
Backpack, sunglasses, water and ipod and at night, lights. And a few organic joints with lighter. What a great experience it's been for the last 10 years using only a bike for my daily transportation needs.
I carry surfboards, music, something to drink maybe, a bag of junk sometimes.... Sometimes I ride barefoot and when I do have some thing on my feet its flipflops, so shoes are not my choice either hehehe
