    Hey guys,

Just came up with a way to try and beat this thing... Asside from cutting down, I was wondering if anyone tried substituting regular herb for spice gold and 0-99 chillin.... I find the buzz from these guys is pretty much the same...

So... has anyone found that switching around a bit is the same as taking a long break? i.e. if you smoke herb one weekend... spice there during the week... chillin the following weekend... then back to herb... would it be the same as abstating from herb for 2 weeks? or does your body just not take it the same way if you've been substituting? (does this make sence?) In theory, a person should build up tollerance to THC, since spice has none, I would think you can smoke this for a while... and your TCH tollerance should go down... Anyhow, havent tried yet... (will this week), but was wondering if anyone may have tried it.

    thanks guys

u really think the buzz is simular? i always heard theyre pure crap
but hey, if u can do it then do it....your tollerence will go down for sure
but, why substitute something thats only giving u a placebo effect high, why not just stop?
not smokijng weeed is the easiest thing in the world to do

your just substituting a useless herb for a usefull 1 though, wich is pointless since they give u nothing really except a psychological crutch
if u wanted a buzz while lowering tollerence, try damiana and mugwort or something
something that will give u an actual buzz

but ya really might as well just save your $ an smoke nothing the couple weeks

Chillen and Spice do give you a legitamite somewhat pot like high. I found it to be all the effects of pot minus the euphoria. I tried them once but they just arent that enjoyable to smoke the taste is kinda bleh it burns really fast. It costs more than herb and Im not really sure whats in the stuff so that bothers me.

But yeah your tolerance will def go down since spice and chillen are THC free.

yea thas why id never buy it

who knows what that stuff is
theres absolutly no info on it, what the herbs are, what the active ingredients are..nothing
i kinda suspect that its a cross breed with canabis and hops (same family so they do cross breeed, but the results while techynicaly legal, taste like complete shit)

stopping weed a few weeks is as simple as just not buying any
    you dont need a substitute

Ya dude just save all the money u would spend on weed during the 2 week break and buy a ton when you start smoking again. The wait would be totally worth it.

    Hey guys,

Thanks for the imput everyone... god I love you guys... Anyhow, Eagle.. you know, you may be right about the buzz not being that good.... but truth be told, I find I acctually get more high these days using spice than regular herb... Now, Im guessing that is only because my tollerance is up pretty high these last few/man many (months)... I'm sure once I go on a break (as) many of you are suggesting, the two will defiantly not be comparable to me... but for now, I find both pretty much the same...

Anyhow, I'm gonna give it a try (just abstaining for a few weeks as you guys are saying)... but man, truth be told... I remember telling many on here that bud is not adictive, and dead easy to quit.... but ya know... lately its brough some sanity to my evenings... (just a time to chill and have a menatal break from a really fucked up world). without it, I find I start to go loopie... So, if I do need to smoke, I think I'll use spice etc as a backup herb... and my goal staring tomorow ;) - will be 2 weeks... no ganja.... and if I need something in between... hey, its a backup plan...

I'll let you guys know what its like... (to smoke one after 2 weeks away).

    Peace

Trust me, if this is true for you then you are a very lucky person.
Being a daily smoker I find it rather hard to quit. Not impossible but far from being the "the easiest thing in the world".

Oh yea man... You know, I think you describe it perfectly.... "pot like without the euphoria"... Man, this stuff even gives me red eyes, and huge munchies... (kinda why I asked the original question in the first place).... I was thinking (and it sounds crazy), that maybe there is soemthing in the body or brain that reacts a certain way to some plants... and perhaps the body will build up tollerance to this type of expereience? but yea, thats crazy... but hey, worth a shot.. I'm going to smoke a fattie tonight - then my goal is 2 weeks w/ the help of spice if needed (which it definatly will be).

heres a post i found from "mushroomdragon" in another thread listing the ingredients and effects...

Baybean - Filler; baybean makes a light and absorbent filler, its fluffy texture holds the extracted resins and oils.
Blue Lotus - Mild sedative and potentiator for other psychoactive plants.
Lion's Tail - Sedative; Intoxicant. The dried flowers, when smoked, provide a mild euphoric sedation reminiscent of Cannabis.
Lousewort - Not sure which one of the 600 different species of lousewort this is referring to. !need help
Indian Warrior - Pedicularis densiflora, a plant of the Lousewort Genus. The buds are sold as medicinal herbs and are smoked for their psychoactive effects.
Dwarf Scullcap - Gentle sedative; Often used in herbal sleeping remedies.
Maconha Brava - Zornia Latifolia; The dried seeds are smoked as a hallucinogenic substitute for Cannabis.
Pink Lotus - The dried flowers are sometimes smoked, made into a tea, or macerated in alcohol for a mild sedative effect.
    Marshmallow - Flavoring?
    Red Clover - ??? help
    Rose - I guess, aroma
Siberian Motherwort - AKA Marahuanilla or "Little Marijuana", Euphoric and Sedative properties. The dried buds are smoked to achieve a mild to intense high similar to Marijuana.
    Vanilla - Flavor/Aroma
    Honey - Bad for vegans

    Hey guys,

Well, had some hurb last night after a week of abstaining (only induled in spice and chillin)... Oh ya, what a nice night I had... It acctaully works.. My tollerance to weed wen't down a lot... up till now, my weed buzz was equal to a spice buzz... (but much shorter)... last night, it was a little more like I remembered it being.
