A young man was stranded in the country when his car came to sudden and final stop. He walked to a nearby farm and asked if he could rent the man's out house. The farmer thought it a bit strange, but - what the hey! The young man had lots of cash. In the first week, the farmer noticed that the young man had a phone line put in. In the second week, he had his car repaired, and added a small aluminum garage to the out house. In the third week, the farmer noticed an antenna had been put up. It amazed the farmer to watch the young man settle in, but the money was good, so he wasn't that amazed. However, on making his rounds one morning, the farmer noticed that an additional TV antenna had been placed on the small building, so he sauntered over to speak with the young man. "I noticed you got two antennas," promted the farmer. The young man answered, "Yeah. Yeah. I sublet the basement."
