Just relax before consumption, you can't be worried or your chances are pretty high of going downhill early. After you ingest act like you haven't yet. Don't wait for the trip and expect a bunch of things. Be prepared for a rough come up because it will be pretty fucking crazy. One of the most important things though is to not try to hold onto reality. Let the trip take you wherever it pleases and enjoy the ride!
Set and setting are key. Make sure your in an enviroment which you are comfortable with. It'd been nice to be with friends and/or a trip sitter although its definetly not a must. Everyone always says how tripping with people is alot better then alone. Honestly this all depends on you. Personally I am very intrapersonal and am I always exploring myself through trips. Usually people just annoy me and make me uncomftorable with there stupid comments about pink rabbits and gay "trippy" songs they have. That aside, remember to have fun and go into it with the right mindset.
