also by raising the temperature of a fuel, in the presence of an oxidiser, above its heat of ignition.

the four elements, if you take that context and perspective, are not so much created as invited, though again the same mundane methods apply.

some fuels, actually have a low enough flash point that only the presence of an oxidiser is required. hydrogen obviously. the behaivior of lithium metal is interesting as well.

here a litre of gas costs about 1.50 $

That means we pay about 5 $ a gallon
