Not sure what all I can do with these. Any suggestions?

I have currently:

About a half oz of some decent weed
1 bottle of Alprazolam(Xanax) 1mg XR--60 ct.
1 Fentanyl 72 hour Duragesic patch
6 25mg/ml injections of Promethazine
A couple each of some Ultram, Norco, Vicodin HP

I'm wondering what you fellas would do or recommend doing with some or all of this shit. Even what else I should aquire to go with the assortment would be appreciated. Thanks!

forget the promethazine, you can take the patch and the norcos. As for the xanax, you could take some, but dont over do it. theres a way to use a skin patch, I think you have to cut it open, and take the shit inside out. Im not sure what you mean by what you should do with all this, Id get fuckin high.
