Can I take it?

I take 20mg of celexa (citalopram) everyday. My friends has some hydromorphone and i want to try it. Does anyone know if this is a safe mix?

Its an SSRI and the University of Maryland's site says "serotonergic effects may be additive, leading to serotonin syndrome."

I just scanned over this but there is some dicussion on citalopram and its interaction with opiates later on in the thread.
