Hey guys, new here, sweet forum, here's somehting that's been on my mind: SWIM used to enjoy mj a lot. Occasional smoking here and there eventually led to daily use for a little over a month. After a police incident (close call but got let go), SWIM quit for a few weeks. Eventually it was offered and SWIM went back to use. First time was great, second time was great, then third time, had a panic attack. It was very unpleasant, fear of heart about to explode and death for a couple hours. Quick research showed it wasn't all that uncommon and relaxation and mental control brought it down. Ever since, SWIM has used MJ a few times and each time it has been unpleasant. SWIM feels like they have tightness in their chest and get really worried/paranoid that they might die off it, although these experiences are not as severe as the panic attack incident, they are very unpleasant. What would be the course of action to resolve this problem for SWIM and get back to enjoying MJ?
Take like one hit and leave it at that until Swim can slowly build up a tolerance, I suggest buying some swag, or mexi bud if your having that much issues.... if swim can't get over the panic attacks though.. maybe just consider permanently quitting...

^someone who isn't me.. i think but anyway.. if it's you or not, maybe the police incident is tying in with your panic attacks and anxiety. just smoke a little bit at a time, and if you feel ok, smoke a little bit more.. or just relax in a nice setting with people you trust (or by yourself) and just watch some tv, or listen to music
