im getting my tolerance down by taking a 2 week break. but i dont have an appetite for any food. and i start to feel kinda sick and have to force my self to eat. is this normal? or am i having physical dependency to marijuana?

You'll feel better in a few days, I think. Just be sure to try and eat.

My understanding is that this happens a lot and is completely normal when stopping flat out, and sometimes this happens to me when I don't smoke as often. My edumacated guess would be that your used to getting the munchies and eating while high, and when your not high, you tend to eat less (Just a guess) so then when you stop or slow down on the herb, you don't want to eat because your body feels the desire to smoke weed before eating. Thats just a guess. Often when this happens to me, I feel as if I'm hungry, but I don't want to eat, or nothing sounds good to me even though I feel hungry, would you describe the feeling as the same as this?

    you get the shits?
im pretty sure thats not normal.
ive never gotten the shits, even after smoking 3 blunts and hotboxing.
it was probably the food you ate while you had the munchies. maybe you ate alot of taco bell.

This is basically what I was thinking.

For awhile, when I smoked a lot, I stopped getting the munchies. Then, after I stopped for awhile, and started back up; munchies were back.

Same thing happened to me when I stopped after smoking every day for a few months. I lost a few pounds actually from that... but you just have to slowly get your body to take in the food and get used to it.

just keep holding back. it might be in ur head, so just watch a movie and eat slow but eat a good amount. Dont 'push' yourself to eat just have the food in front of you and nibble on it once in a while.
