My aunt, from Atlantic City, NJ, called me last night to tell me about a coporate pharmacy down the block from her. They merged with a diferent coporate pharmacy and were changing out the stock on their shelves. What they were doing was taking inventory of what was on the shelves, then putting them in a dumpster... to be taken to the dump. This dumpster had 3, THREE, god damn securiy cameras pointed at it. Mind you, these items were not pharmecutical drugs, they were whatever was in the store on the shelves. So, instead of giving these items to helpful organizations or just people in need... they are now sitting in a landfill in New Jersey. I don't overstand where people get the logic to just throw shit away like that. Maybe this should be in the boycott forums...
You should pull some type of job on that dumpster, you could be the Robin Hood, Prince of Pharmaceuticals...
damn coporations, always so evil and wateful! just put on a hoodie, maybe like a veil or whatever to hide your face, and go for the ninja mission! be the local hero! stand up to the coporate capitalist oppressors!
Yeah, damn, security cameras would not stop me from rescuing that stuff from the dumpsters. Someone should grab a ski mask and go for it!
Yeah, hopefully someone up there was smart enough to do something with it. The title obviously should have been Wasteful, ha.
ya that is bogus. My friends dad use to empty the dumpster behind the cigarette factory. He would fill duffle bags of mostly good smokes.
