barefoot running

    I thought the article was interesting. I've thought about barefoot running, but I'm not yet comfortable doing it on a regular basis. I feel very comfortable running barefoot on the beach, but not yet comfortable running barefoot on pavement.

    I'd never go running, barefoot or otherwise, but used to do sports at school sans shoes and suffered no ill effects.

    i read that in my doctors office. my mom tried to pick out all of the negative details in it about why i should always wear shoes...that didn't help my strep throat at all.

    I take my morning walks barefoot, the streets don't hurt at all!

    i have to wear shoes at work. but everything else, home, and going shopping, or doing something for entertainment, i am barefoot.

    I always did PE barefoot all through school, even highschool. I ran some track barefoot
