So today I came off the bus and had 2 joints wasnt really that stoned. Proceeded home to play video games. When watching my friends play i suddenly had pins and needles in my right foot, a few seconds later in the lower leg and then spread up to my thigh. I stood up wanting to get rid of the pins and needles which were worrying me and felt light headed. I told my friends what was happening. I tried to stay in focus but it was like when you stand up to quickly pins and needles rose all up to my head. My vision whited out and i was called by my friend and opened my eyes. I was on the floor. My friend said my eyes were twitching when i fell. I hit my head on the wall but i couldnt feel it. I felt ruff like a hangover and my leg was in some agitation. Pain remained on the back of my leg behind the knee and up the thigh. I recovered from the ruffnes within 3 mins and my leg still doesn't feel too right now. Yet it is still fully usable. I felt worried and said that if it happened again we would call an ambulance. It has not happened and that was 4 hours ago. This worries me as I am only 17, this has happed to a friend before when he was stoned.
    Possible causes:
    The weed.
Awkward sitting position when the pins and needles came. Thats what I initially thought was cause.
The 4-ho-mipt a RC hallucinogen. I had had a largish dose the previous night and was OK at the time. (Taken larger doses before with no problem.)
Recent bad diet over past week diet hasn't been so good. Been eating enough fruit and veg but maybe too much junk foods.
Mdma taken 5 nights ago. First time. Wasn't pure as 500mg (total needed so reach feeling) should of knocked anyone off their feet.
Dont really know if anything else matters.

Could people please list possible causes and maybe some advice.

    Thanks.

The only things I can think of is you might of cut off circulation in a major artery in you leg or hip area the way you were sitting.
And maybe too many drugs has over exerted your body and wore it out, MDMA is really hard on the body. Usually 4th place tryptamines are pretty nice on the body but I have read reports of leg tremors with 4-ho-mipt.
I would say it most likely you were just playing too hard, maybe you should eat some good meals and get some good sleep.

zihger was probably right about u pinching a artery/vein or something in ur leg. i have been through that, sitting cross legged, or on my leg. and the whole getting up and feeling light headed and passing out. its happened to me as well. probably ur blood pressure... ive had it happen, could be sitting on the floor or on a chair, and if i get up real quick sometimes i almost pass out, i usually got tunnel vision, so i'd sit down real quick if i felt that coming. gotta work on a healthier diet. ive been good for awhile now, haven't had it happen.

Eep! Do you have high blood pressure or any family history of strokes or anything? Not trying to frighten, but you might want to see a doc to get checked... That sounds like mini-stroke material...

fainting has alot of possable causes. if i sit or stand up to quickly i'll faint; i do have low blood presser though (around 90/45.) firefly is quite correct you need to see a doc. i also help if you cleaned up your diet and use less drugs too.
