    1. no sleep
    2. no sleep (caught me by surprise), if you get scared it can spiral pretty quickly
    3. it will mess you up for the 8-12 hrs ur on it, but after that ur perfectly normal.

the best advice i can give is ALWAYS REMEMBER ITS JUST A DRUG! acid is the only thing ive ever done that i was just SO ready for it to end, n ive always started to feel like ill be stuck that way...lol...crazy mindfuck...unbelievable

but done right, its beyond words...my fav

Oh, so i cant go to sleep on it? So anything good about it? I heard it raises your spirituality or something. Its not a sin is it. Im pretty sure its not, just checking.

i cant even think about sleepin...the shit u see w/ ur eyes closed is crazier than w/ ur eyes open sometimes, and ur mind is goin a mile-a-minute. It can def facilitate religious or spiritual experiences, but its not a for sure thing. Personally, i think the positives outweigh any possible negatives, especially when done right. If you take ur time, plan things out, set up ur trip right, u cant really go wrong, it will be the most amazing and eye-opening experience of ur life

u on AIM at all, this would prob b a lot easier...lol...also, u use erowid? if u go to erowid.org, then click plants and chemicals/drugs or w/e and go to lsd...read experiences, effects, all about it...thats what i do

w/ eyes closed ive seen everything from bright neon complex kaleidoscope patterns to the preview for the movie "the messengers"...lol...i saw the preview when i was trippin n then i couldnt get it out of my head...i was scared to close my eyes...lol

"its not a sin is it" lol lol lol na bro im pretty sure god would send lightning bolts out of the sky if it was. but seriously unless ur using lsd to cause some sort of harm to someone or something i dont see how a loving god would not want ppl to experience such transcendant beauty. i know that during and after a trip i take every conscious step i can to limit the amount of suffering i cause this goes for good and bad trips. i wish it had this effect on everyone tho

    1. you will have no desire to sleep. It's a waste anyways. and you can't sleep. trust me. i have tried. did too many hits, thought it was suppose to be over, made a 5 hour effort to sleep. couldn't do it.

2.It's only bad if you don't trust your mind or you are in an unfriendly enviroment where your not comfortable. i.e. don't do it near parents or whoever

    3.Long term? no not really.

it's like a jigsaw: you can make beautiful things happen, and you can also cut off your fingers. but the jigsaw doesn't have power on its own, it's a tool that's employed and properly utilized by someone who knows how to handle it.

just don't look at it like its literally a drug beforehand, but rather analyze how in touch u are with yourself, familiarize yourself with your own psychology, address any latent or repressed memories or feelings if you can. practice giving up your ability to comprehend and empty your head and meditate. it will create less work for you during the trip. but def. study erowid...trip reports both good and bad, etc.

    1. in my experience, sleep never even crossed my mind.
    2. i've never had a "bad" experience, although it can get intense at times. the only "bad" things i have seen has been when somebody trips unprepared. you should plan ahead. set out some good music. (les claypool is one of my favorites) the Greatful Dead is always safe. make sure you have the time to dedicate to it. if you need to be somewhere at 9:30 don't drop a tab at 5:00 cause you won't make it.
    3. i've never seen or known of anyone getting "messed up" although i suppose it's possible that if you do it in excess for long enough it may. (all things in moderation).
most important don't sweat it! relax and enjoy it and remember that it's your trip! there's no guarentee of hullucinations but you just may have a great conversation with a really pretty shade of pink.

Have fun. see you on the other side.

P.S. oranges taste GREAT on acid. Oh ya, and don't forget to look at your hands!

also, sweettarts and any candy is really good for some reason. maybe it's because you're kinda like a kid.

Music can be extremely helpful in navigating your trip. I basically composed a playlist of a lot of my favorites, as well as genres I haven't gotten into before, like minimalism and ambient. My peak was amazing, with a little help from Brian Eno. especially the songs 1/1 and first light. sometimes it's good to just put your player on shuffle and see which song flows with the energy of the moment.
