so i was smoking during my lunch period with my two friends and we were in a spot that TONS of people i know go to, because its one of the few "safe" spots that no ones ever been busted at.

well apparantly it wasnt that safe.

we heard a noise so we were about to dip and all of a sudden one of the doors thats ALWAYS locked busts open and its the police.

we got taken back to school,
now i'm suspended for 10 days and have to go to court of the 14th.

I don't even care about that,
but now my mom is sending me to a catholic school (most likely)
and I can't leave the house for a longgg asss time.

I can't stand being grounded. seriously i go INSANEEE when im forced to stay with my family.
and it's for at LEAST a month, that's if i'm lucky.
what the fuck am i going to doo???
i cant even leave the house for 10 days since im suspended so i cant go to school.

next time dont be a sheep, just cuz everyone else goes/does somewhere/something doesnt mean its safe or good.

I wasn't on school property and it wasn't the school that caught me.
but yeah, definitely not smoknig there anymore.

also, I wasn't being a sheep because I've smoked there like 4 or 5 times a week for a few months, and nothing's ever happened.

 

If everybody or a lot of people knows about it and goes there, then it probably isn't that safe.

well the reason the police were there; apparantly there was a different drug bust going on somewhere near there, but they saw us and decided to ruin our lives while they were at it.

 

Wow, what fucking pigs... I have been smoking at school for all of highschool with no real troubles, except for a little bit of suspicion and harassment that isn't happening right now at the current moment. I just put my pot in a different locker with a different lock and I avoid any heat places, or even better, go to a friend's house.

 

you shoudnt of smoked DURING school. what did you ditch school during lunch and go to the "safe spot"? real smart.

but during lunch you're aloud to go anywhere you want.
so we went there.
i've smoked there a lot of times before with no troubles.
if it was after school we still would have been fucked, because we were first caught by the police, not the school.

 

stop bitching its only a simple possesion charge with just about 20-40 hrs of community service, maybe probation if your an asshole to the judge. so be nice and you get off easy. that is unless you live in Neveda, thy fuck druggies over. plus your a minor so they will be easy one you. and it will probally be wiped off your record when your 21, just dont get busted again.

it's actually a 6-6 under chicago school regulations (it's in the same category as murder, smoking weed is considered worse than sexual harrasment, weapons, assault, bomb threats, etc)
which is the highest possible charge.
possesion of controlled substances where i live is now considered a felony.

 

Hopefully you don't end up in one of those fucking gigantic Chicago Catholic Schools, but at the same time there will be more drugs there than you can imagine

 

that sucks.. but just because a lot of people go there and smoke and don't get caught doesn't mean you won't.. you should have found a new spot to smoke, since you know a lot of people go there.

 

yeah, the thing is when i start going there some people told us they know people who live there and they are college students who don't care.
but i guess they were wrong.

and as for the catholic schools...
my mom wants me to go to st.scholastica! (all girls private catholic school)
but i told her i'm not going.
because that is bullshit.

my school is a huge drug school though, so even if i don't get expelled i'm not allowed to go there any more.

how did the cops bust into a house that people were living in without a warrant. were the windows open? could they see you smoking? cause i dont think cops can just break entrance like that

 

It wasn't inside a house.
it was like..a gangway
like you go down an alley,
and then there's a gangway with like 3 apartments on top of each other with wooden walls/ stairs on one side and a brick wall on the other.
well under the 3 apartments theres a little place that's like shaded cause of the apartments above it

there's a side door in it, I don't even know there the door leads to because everytime we've tried to open it it's been bolted shut.
that's the door the guy popped out of.

 

ok that makes more sense now, bad luck i guess? or maybe it was just a matter of time before you got busted and the cops had been staken that spot out for awhile. anyone else been busted there altely?
