First time DXM

    yes visuals come only after EXTREMELY high doses, which i dont reccomend....they are not of the normal psycadelic visuals...DXM is more of a body tripp....but ur head is definatly gone!!....very dissosiave..good luck and work your way up b4 u jump into very high doses
