I recntly found out that Papaver rhoeas (Flanders Feild Poppy) contains Beta-carbolines. Could it be used as a MAOI in an ayahuasca?

i dont see why not. i mean an maoi is an maoi, you'll just have to know how much beta-carbolines they posses and how potent they are, to know how much to add to your brew.
