This is like one of my favorite meals and is super simple to make. You just need Avocado, Mozzarrella, tomato, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper for seasoning and of course Pita Bread (I use the whole weat kind). Jut cut the avocado, mozzarella and tomato in cubes, my meausurement is if the colors are balanced everything is ok You mis it all together and seasoned with lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat the Pita Bread until warm, put the salad in and wrap. It's yummylicious.
