I was looking through my spice rack (I have about two dozen spices/herbs) and noticed nutmeg, which has been untouched.

What are some recipes I can incorporate nut meg into?

french toast...until you've tried it with nutmeg you've never really tried it. Hereis my personal made-up recipe:

    serves 2 people:

    Batter:
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup low-fat milk
    1/4 tsp celtic sea salt
    3 TB maple syrup

    1/2 french baquete-sliced 1/2 inche wide slices

    Topping:
1 pint cored and sliced strwberries
    1 TB lemon juice
2 Tb agave (or 2tsp sugar if you do not have agave)

Actually soak the bequete slices for a few minutes instead of just dipping them in.
