depends on what you mean by lift. if you mean pick up over your head, than i can lift more than 100 but less than 200....if you mean grabbing somebody by the waste, bending you back backwards and lifting their feet of the groud a couple of inches i can do about 225-250...
I play football so i lift weghts everyday at school. I bench - 260 squat- 400+ Power clean - 250/60 dead lift - 450+
i try to lift as little as possible. im lazy. and im smart. so ill get stupid grunts like all you to do the lifting for me
Quote "Dead Lift 400+ I can carry more, but someone has to put the load on me, as opposed to my lifting it." Thats the hard part though lifting it up.
I used to hate to lift weights. I thought it was stupid and i would never use it. When i got a folder from my coach to record my records and lifts i started to look at my records and how much I imporved. Its a mental thing i guess when you see how much you have incresed in 6 months your like WOW.
Mine isn't up there but when it comes to lifting weights with my arms ( how do you call that?), my record was 155 lbs( that was 2 years ago, when I was 12, haven't lifted since then, I lifted it because I was bored ), and on my back I could lift like 180 lbs...it probably increased a little. So I don't know what to click....
