oh shit! and i think he knew!!

well i was just out back smokeing a bowl of scraps i scrounged up.i got done and came back inside.my dad calls me and said the door bell rang.i figured it was a friend of mine looking to smoke,so i answered it.HOLY FUCK!!!! it was a freeking detective!!!!he was lookin for my mom,something that happened years ago.he had to have smelled it cuz the pipe was still hot in my fuckin pocket!!and he had to have seen it in my eyes and voice.but he didnt say anything but it freaked me the fuck out!!

 

oooh.. that sucks.. close one. I was sitting on the porch smoking a spliff and a texas state trooper pulled up to my neighbors driveway, by the time I saw him, I had let out a huge column of smoke he stepped back toward his car right where he could see me. I was praying for a gust of wind in the opossite direction.. haha

 

he cant do anything. if he was really that interested in it he would have busted you right there, but most detectives have better things to do than bust stoners at home, unless he saw like pounds of weed on a table or a gro garden he will leave you alone, espically if you were only smoking. he wont come back with a warrent and search the house cuz you were smoking a lil weed at home.

 

I live in Texas and I believe the law is they cant do anything to you even if your smoking on your front porch because your on private property. Smoking in your backyard is better tho I wouldnt do it in the front due to the risk of being hassled by cops but no fear for arrest on your own property at least not for some herb.

 

lol. somthing like that happended to me the other day. i was sitting in ther sun on a rug with my cat in my garden (rents were out) smoking out of my pipe, when i hear the door bell ring so i run in quickly open up the door and theres a community support officer asking to check my graden for prints, someone broke into are shed and nicked my bike so she was there to dust for prints and shoe marks. I littreally ran down stairs (under the pre tense of getting the side gate key) into the garden picked up the rug took a big hit of my pipe and dumped everything in a bush (including confused cat) and ran up to the side gate were i had to spend 20minutes with this police women while i reached of weed. good times.
