i have my cow pen, and these popped up today and arent like any i've found around here before. any ideas? they both look different ..

heh, i agree ... well they crapped out ... to a black color .. the caps "melted" heh .. oh well, will keep checking everyday in the cow pen.

 

Be careful with this one man. Always take some info down and a spore print to be sure you have the right mushrooms. Sometimes you cannot afford to make a mistake with mushrooms you've picked.

 

oh i understand colimon ... i found two more today exactly like those two so i just put them up for a spore print .. will post the spore print tomorrow

 

found another one and getting a spore print for the heck of it.
