How many threats can the cops make?

Me and my friend only go to school for 2 periods a day. After first we decided to leave, toke some, and then go home.

Well we chill in a woods next to school. Smoke it up, then leave to buy some food. We make the mistake of cutting by the school on our way to Royal Farms. We are in a baseball field and a car rolls up in the street about 100 yards away.

We hear a voice on a megaphone. "Stop walking. Turn around. Turn around now. If you do not stop you will be arrested." We're high as balls and I can hardly understand what the hell they're saying. We increase pace and keep walking. The car seems to dissapear. I decide to dip into a large area of woods on the other side of school to avoid being picked up on the street.

Before we know it the car comes out of no where, rides over the curb and stops next to us. 4 guys get out. My friend stops walking and looks at them. I keep walking and they tell me to stop. I turn around but proceed to walk backwards saying "Why? What do you want? Why should I stop?" Because im high and cant think. They then pull out badges from under their clothes and say "Because we're the fucking cops dipshit." A big ass cop comes out and says "I was about to tackle his ass." We get against the car and are searched. I didnt have shit, but my friend had a quarter of KB shake and a bowl.

The cops find the shit and question us. Somehow they say I have an attitude and they say if i keep it up I will be tazerd. I laughed. I wasnt doing anything besides talking. I hadnt even moved my hands from the car. The big cop then grabs me and turns me to go through the pockets on thsi inside of my jacket that they just noticed. He then grabed my belt buckle and pulls my pants. I looked down and you could see my dick and everything. I said "If you want me to strip for you I can." He throws me against the car and says "Theirs 4 cops and 2 kids with no one watching so you better shut the fuck up and stop talking."

Thats the basic jist of shit. I was a giggly high kid getting searched and they threatend to beat my ass and tazer me. For what? All I did was answer questions and get cussed at in every sentance they said. Everything they were saying was negative. They said that they wish I had the weed so they could arrest me instead of my friend because im a dick with an attitude. That was priceless. They kept calling me an annoying piece of shit for answering the questions they were asking. It was bullshit.

Conclusion:
Why are cops such assholes to the people who only do their own thing and dont hurt anyone? Get the rapist, murderers, robbers ect. Not the high kids looking for munchies. Or at least if you want to fuck with kids, dont pull their dicks out.

They sound like a bunch of rent-a-cops or undercovers with too much time on their hands. Also dude, you should have kept on public property to avoid being searched all together... I don't think they would have had a good enough reason to look in your pockets and do all that shit, unless they were dicks (which seems like the case) and didn't care. I would have gotten their badge numbers, they sound like major assholes...

 

dirty fucking cops. yeah you have to let them know that you know your rights or youll get trampled over. always be respectful to cops who show respect though. good for you standing up for yourself. good thing you didnt get tasered. cops shouldnt be allowed to carry those things, with as many people that have been electrocuted to death. they are way too trigger happy with those things. in most of the videos ive seen the people werent even resisting when they got tazed.

Im positive they were cops. They were not in uniforms and they had an undercover car. However they did have badges & 9mms.

I didnt know they had badge numbers or else I would have gotten the cop who decided to check my dick out.

I'll stay on public property from now on. I had never been busted before and was just too high to think of getting caught. Never again =)

 

dude, if i were you I'd figure out a way to do something. Pulling your dick out is pretty excessive, and you could probably have at the very least from a legal standpoint be a burden on them, especially if you didn't have anything on you. I don't know what you have legally, but I'm sure you could at least try to make their lives miserable. I would try to talk to a lawyer at least.

Dude, what they did was TOTALLY illegal. One, it was an unreasonable search. You were walking, that's not a reason to search, unless you had a bong in your hand. All they were LEGALLY able to do was ask you questions. And pulling down your pants? You could throw the book at him, that's a big no no. He also threatened you. Tell your parents, you don't have to mention the weed. I'm sure they won't be too happy to know a cop forced their kid to expose his penis. . .

If your buddy was arrested, there should be some record of your encounter with these pieces of shit.

I dunno where you live, but I'm willing to bet good money that there's at least two lawyers there that would just be salivating at the chance to sue the piss outta the city, and to get not one, but FOUR crooked cop motherfuckers thrown in prison.

^To quote the OP, They heard the cops on a megaphone! They dipped the cops, got busted by cops, nothing illegal was done as far as I can see by op post. If they would of stood their ground and aloud the cops to address them there would of been no search. If there was a search at that point then the search would be illegal. But since the Op ran/ Walked swiftly away from the police then they became suspicious, "After that all search is justified!

 

Cops are allowed to legally "pat you down" but search you for no reason? No. That was hella illegal. Talk to your parents, counselor, lawyer, hell call the state even the mayors office. Get those fucking cops back!

Side note:

Saw on the news the other day about a cop that was badly injured in a car wreck. Dudes car was upsidedown and fucked to all hell. I saw the report and packed a bowl in honor of a cop getting owned. I hope the asshole died.

I was watching a cop video on a car chase. The car being chased by pigs made a sharp ass turn, and the cop's reaction was way tooo slow and he turned late and wrapped his fucken car around a street light. Haha.
