Yo, I found a site that everyone can watch this documentary on, even from the U.S. There are 6 parts, here's part 1. http://www.flixya.com/video/1045755/Should_I_Smoke_Dope_PT._1_of_6 EDIT: Oh wtf it's on youtube... Whatever, it's all good.
''Should I Smoke Dope'' No, so theres more for me. Seriously though im so pissed off, 30% of the time theres a drought, or a shwag invasion. Growing only solution. so my friend: ''Should I Smoke Dope'' yea but only if you grow your own !!!
wow... as i watch this... i dunno what to think about any of these "professionals".. especially this asian guy talking about the lungs... saying that quitting does not help your lungs... i've been told by doctors plenty of times that quitting.. after about 7-10years your lungs can clear up
hahahaah shes baked as shit when she sitting talkin to the camera at the end of part 1 its pretty funny though shes like im going to be paranioud forever
nah dude watch its its pretty interesting now tht i started watching haha i would love to go to one of those coffee shops some time
I've already made a thread about this, thanks for finding a link tho. It's not an anti-weed doc. It comes up pro Amsterdam method really.
it really comes up pro nothing.. there are no cons either.. its just a well balanced document with you to decide overall
Yeah, but it kinda does end up proving that Amsterdams got it good. I think some of the experts felt they were under pressure to emphasize some of the negative effects though. Especially her GP at the beginning.
The whole smoker who wore holes in his lungs kinda bugged me though. But I have to wonder if since this is from England if that smoker ended up smoking alot of that fiberglass laced stuff?
i agree that it was mostly letting you decide for yourself what you want to think but the last 2 videos seemed more negitive than all the others
He did also mention it's the same with tobacco. The ultrasounds made it look worse than it was, and he oversimplified it. Smoking anything isn't good for your lungs obviously, but I'm near certain it's just a case of the tar and such killing off some alveoli.
I think it was biased and emphasized the negative effects too much. There was so much focus on this woman's experience, who clearly doesn't enjoy weed. The thing with the holes in the lungs could have been caused by a confounding factor, such as the method of smoking. (Taking huge rips) And the part with the car...the guy said that weed was dangerous when driving very dramatically, but when the alcohol test was over and she actually hit one of the objects, there wasn't as much emphasis on the increased dangers of alcohol vs. weed. Just like when she said that drunk drivers are 6 times more likely to get in an accident than a sober one; high drivers twice as likely. This fact wasn't milked like some of the anti marijuana 'facts' were. It was entertaining though.
I wouldn't say she didn't enjoy it, she didn't enjoy the powerful stuff, but she definitely enjoyed the natural THC level weed.
Agree. They focused a shitload on her negative experiences. How she's goin on about THC being morbid... like your at a funeral.... you'd wanna top yourself etc. That itself is just wow... although that was pure THC but still. She's a fuckin idiot at the very start of it. She's reccomended to take 2-3 puffs and wait 7-10 mins to see how she feels. So what does she do? Goes on and has like 26 drags because she 'wasn't feelin' it yet'. Her panic attack she has imo is good enough reason for ALOT of people who watched it to never try it.(if that makes sense) There was also the crap about how weed is now 3-4 times stronger... which it just plain isn't. The lungs stuff was bullshit and the woman she asked at the start about what effects she could get... the woman just tells her a wide-array of possible BAD effects without saying anything good in the slightest. Apparantly after that first day there and the bad panic attack she was adamant about stopping the whole doc altogether and just going back home. Yeah well let's think... you went to the Dam... smoked some preety decent weed, around strangers in a strange place and completely ignored great advice given to you which likely would have prevented it. Real smart.
i take it this is the BBC documentry. It anoyed me because the dutch girl advised her how to smoke the first joint and she competely ignored her and freaked out. stupid middle class tart. And im sure the guy from the sensi museum thought the same?
