It sounds more like a psychological thing to me - as if you feel guilty about cheating on the first girl you mentioned. This is a common reaction in such circumstances - in fact it's also quite common in husbands who have been widowed from their wives after many years. Although there is nothing legally or morally holding them back, they can still feel as if they are cheating on the memory of their late wife & simply can't get an erection. However, this does usually tend to sort itself out over time.
