I honestly don't experience anything you all are describing, which I'm happy about. Whenever I smoke a bowl before bed I sleep very soundly and wake up as I would sober, with maybe a slight buzz feeling that goes away shortly. If I smoke a ton the night before, which honestly doesnt happen much, I sleep just as soundly and usually I will wake up still high and stretch in my bed thinking how comfortable it is. As I said before, maybe you aren't taking care of your body as well as you could. Stay hydrated, do something active everyday (I don't exercise much, but I do play with my dog everyday at the park), and eat healthy. All of those things will not only help your sleep, but you'll just feel better overall.
