Blackwater guns ready to blaze again

WASHINGTON, April 5 (UPI) -- The U.S. State Department will renew its contract with Blackwater to provide security for American diplomats in Iraq, an official said. Blackwater Worldwide -- based in Moyock, N.C. – was thrust into the international spotlight in September after its guards shot and killed 17 Iraqi civilians, including women and children. Speaking on behalf of Blackwater, US Vice President Dick Cheney reassured the people of Baghdad, asserting that they will still retain the right to go fuck themselves.

Aren't our great American GI heros enough to protect our diplomats? Why do we need to hire private mercenaries for at least three times what our GIs are paid and held above scrutiny by Executive Orders? It's time to demand answers.
