Just out of curiosity, if two people were both virgins when they had sex, would there be any chance of getting an STD? By sex i mean oral, anal, vaginal, anything.

Ypu can get STDs from other than intercourse, such as prior oral sex with someone who has a genital STD. If both of you are complete virgins, with no prior oral sex as well as intercourse, you should be OK. Prior hand jobs should not be a problem, unless the person receiving the HJ has an STD, and you transferred it from your hands to some other part of your body where it might enter your blood stream or below the surface of your skin (somewhat unlikely, because exposure to air usually kills the STD).

Ah ok. I was curious, because i heard a few days ago that u could give eachother AIDS by having bareback anal, even if you were both complete virgins.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ride bareback unless you have BOTH been tested and have gotten a clean bill of health. Even if you are both virgins it is better to be safe than sorry.

AIDS is not the only concern when it comes to unprotected anal. Just search "risks of anal sex" or some such thing and educate yourself.

    Is it safe?
Anal sex, if practised with care, is possible for most couples. It does, however, carry additional health risks and there are safer sexual practices that couples can enjoy. The main health risks, which affect both heterosexual and homosexual couples, are described below.

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV): there is good research evidence that anal intercourse carries a greater risk of transmission of HIV - the virus that can cause acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) than other sexual activities, particularly for the receptive partner.
Human papilloma virus (HPV, wart virus): can be transmitted during anal intercourse and lead to anal warts, which in turn can predispose infected individuals to cancer of the anal canal.
Hepatitis A (infectious hepatitis): is a viral infection that can cause jaundice and abdominal pain. It is not usually a serious illness, although sufferers can feel very ill. It can be transmitted by oral-anal contact.
Hepatitis C: is a cause of progressive and sometimes fatal chronic liver disease. It may be transmitted by anal intercourse, although this seems to be a rare occurrence. Sharing of equipment for intravenous drug use is a far more important risk for transmission.
Escherichia Coli (E. Coli): may cause mild to severe, or even fatal, gastroenteritis. It is one of many bacteria and viruses that can be transmitted by oral-anal contact. Some E. coli strains (uropathic E. coli), probably transmitted during anal intercourse, can also cause urinary tract infections, ranging from cystitis to pyelonephritis - a serious kidney infection.

i had sex with some girl who i imagine has had alot of partners, with no condom. i seem fine.

if theres a few weeks inbetween the partners, they would know they had picked up a disease right? exept for the ones you dont know about with no visible signs.

Lol, this reminded me of when I was in highschool, and a girl once told me that she wasnt afraid of hiv from giving blow jobs, because oxygen kills it. What she didnt know is that it needs to be exposed to air for over two days for it to "die". After I informed her of this she just looked really scared, Im guessing she sucked a lot of cock or something.

You may go through your entire life not practicing safe sex and be perfectly fine. The more realistic view is that if you practice unsafe sex is it just a matter of time before you become another STD statistic.

No, waiting two weeks between partners is not in any way a diagnostic method that should be trusted. Many of the STDs are asymptomatic, and produce NO visible signs or symptoms. It is far better to be a little paranoid and ALWAYS practice safe sex, than to play russian roulette and "hope" you don't catch anything. Particularly because the two that can kill you, and are incurable (AIDS/HIV and Hepatitis), show no visible signs for extended periods of time. You won't know until it is too late to do anything about it. A little prevention goes a LONG way!

Yea, i know about blood transfusions. I just heard that (not speaking of E Coli) you could aquire a disease even if both partners were virgins / clean. Can you "create" an STD within yourselves, or do you have to catch it from someone infected?

    somone infected im pretty sure.

cause when your married as if you use condoms all your life.
the ony way you get disease is if they cheat on you and you get it.
