what do/did you foo's do for acne. because im brekin out like a mud-fugga. ive tried proactiv. salycylic washes, perscription shit, etc. ewwwwww

i tried a few different things... unfortunately the only effective cure for me was growing out of it...

 

Weed makes it flare up, well it's not actually weed. It's the smoke.

So definatley dont go in a hotbox or use a gasmask if your prone to getting acne.

 

Drink a shitload of water everyday, you will piss like a trooper, but it will clense your system!

I use tea tree facial products from the body shop (moisturizer, toner, mask, foam wash)

I used to be on birth control, but Im not on it now...but I suppose that isnt too helpful for ya.

I take omega vitamins, and I am currently using this amazing oil for my face that posthumous hooked me up with. He sells them.

Makeup? A needle works to prick the pustule and drain the zit, instead of digging at it with your finger and breaking the capillaries around the zit and causing it to inflame more and turn red.

I use a topical Benzaclin compound made of benzol peroxide and clindamycin that you need a script from a doctor to get, with a Benzol Peroxide OTC facewash. It does work for me, but maybe you should see a dermatologist.

I essentially gave up on the acne. I drink tons of water and wash myself constantly, yet I continue to get more pimples as a young adult than I did as a teenager. I just try not to get frustrated with myself and let it go as much as possible.

Acutane is a very very very bad drug!!!! dont do that, its been linked to suicide, an other mental heath problem. not good for someone(not u) who might have emotional problems due to acne.
