The main thing to be aware of is that the glans on an uncut man is far more sensitive than that of a cut one due to being constantly protected by the foreskin, as opposed the the dried up, desensitised circumcised ones, so you need to be far more careful when making contact with it with your hands or teeth. As far as positions are concerned, well that's all down to personal preference. As it happens, I, too, also far prefer going on top, as when I am on the bottom I have little or no control on the thrust rate or depth, which can make it very difficult for me to get anywhere. Other men, on the other hand, prefer it this way, as it can make them last longer, especially if they are already prone to premature ejaculation.
As a cut guy with a penis which is not "dried up" OR "desensitised"(sic), but which is not "far more sensitive" than it should be, I can take women on top easily. Come back to the penis as it should be.
I have encountered uncut men who told me to take it easy on the oral because their penis was so sensitive. There is a little loss of sensitivity on a cut penis. Dried up is just one way of saying keratonized. It happens to skin and membrane as it is exposed to the elements. For some minor surgery I am half circumcised. Strange. But my skin is back a lot so my glans is less sensitive on the end as it would be if covered. All the other stuff you talk about is just personal pref and has nothing to do with cut or uncut. In fact, outside of oral, I wouldn't think there would be any noticeable difference in cut or uncut.
