So, for those who didn/t know, it is April 5th, which is the day Kurt Cobain died, and Layne Staley may have died. Making it an international day of grunge. So I/m listening to Nirvana all day. And my friend asked me why today? Well, its when every one else is doing it(its more of a day of remembrance er somin) and cause grunge is inherently dead, and suicidal. And I/m not cool with that whole aspect of it, I know thats why a lot of people think Kurt/s cool, but no hes not, he didn/t want to be, I think he/s an asshole really. Er, whatever, I/m not gonna get into it. But ya, I/m just filling you in, listen to all the PJ, Alice in Chains and Nirvana you want! Maybe Seether and STP if you/re lame...but Mudhoney and maybe Melvins, and Pixies if you want to go that far... Whatever just have an angsty apathetic day filled with feelings of confinement and social alienation!!!!
I love you. And you/re right, but sometimes I just don/t feel like listening to grunge stuff, it depends on my mood really. But that/s the beautiful thing about music.
Don't mind Grunge music much...there was a time when...i used to listen to it mostly...I tend to lyk all kinds of music now tho.. The other day *oddly enough i think it was the on the 5th*i found my old school bag and i was shocked to find i had written...a few of Alice in chains lyrics on it and one quote that Lane Stanley must have said...then i realised how much i must have changed since 2 years ago...its quite shocking...
April 5th is most every bodies Birthday...I mean, five of my friends were born then. Oddly enough, its nine months after the fourth of july....
