I was going to say that, since I Think I had a stroke once and it was like a half of my face was on nitrous oxide, but check this out, I work in a hospital and Ive seen some head traumas and stroke patient, and it was just like one side of dudes face was melting and communication and motor skills on one side were shot for a while and then BOOM, he was back to normal. Ive seen heads half sheared and eyes still communicating, Btw I didnt watch but a few seconds of the vid.
scarry and unpleasant, but if you can use mental exercises to calm your mind and body, and you haven't already had too many of them before, you can probably get through it alright. but definately best to get to a doctor before, during, or as soon as possible after. but the main thing you need to do something about if you feel yourself going into one is to stop the panic, and use whatever meditation exercises you know to try and calm yourself. of course if you've got some way to alert medical help and have it on the way, that's good and helps to be an automatic reflex to do too. lots of books and stories and other things try to describe how it feels, but how anything feels, for any individual is much more individual that can be expressed by the words in books, or even anyone telling them. =^^= .../\...
my grandfather had two massive straokes. one crippled him, the other killed him. he was still a cranky bastard either way.
