Court Hearing

What should i say or tell the judge to possibly drop some charges or lower the punishment.

Charges:

Possession of Marijauna under 2 ounces.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.


I put it twice cause i got 2 charges.

 

Well if you got caught red handed then theres nothing you can do.

Were do you live? When I got busted they only found a half ounce on me. Luckily they didnt search my house (they wouldnt dare) so I got off with a slap on the wrist.

I got some drug classes and a tour of Barton Street Youth Facility.

Well let me tell you the story its pretty fucked up but....


So i got caught numerous times (actually 2 times) i got in trouble with my parents.
My dad took the DANK up and idk what he did with it i got limited access on the internet 7-10 at night. Im 16 by the way...just to clarify that.
So i got caught samthing happens and my parents says next time there going to turn me in....
I got caught again honestly i dont realy give a fuck if i did.
I got home on monday and there were 2 cops outside my house and i got arrested.
Then today i got arrested at school for the second charge they had to do it twice 2 different times cause i guess thats how many times i got caught.
So thats it my parents are dumb they turned me in they have to pay the fines cause i sure as hell am not i never truly got caught by the cops and besides they were going to pay that anyways they have enough money i just dont understand why they did that they look bad now rather than me.
The fines i think are like 500$???

use a proxy server, the cops are probably watching your computer right now.... or your parents.. Im serious man go to google and search: k proxy and use that.

You could get in even more trouble for trying to get out of shit.

 

Do what every person who gets caught with drugs does: say your addicted and want to quit. The judge sends you to MA and you go on probation. However, because you are under 18 you might be able to sweet talk your way out of the whole thing by blaming peer pressure, trying to fit it, etc.

On another note. Talk to your parents and tell them that they should never turn you in again, educate them on the consequence of having a criminal record, the probability of going to jail,etc. Your lucky your only 16 and your record will be wiped when you turn 18. Honestly if you don't want to stop smoking until your 18 and can move out, try to get them to agree to let you smoke once in a while. If they keep calling the cops on you everytime they catch you with weed, your going to have a lot of problems.

I'm 20 now so it doesn't matter, but when I was younger they could have definately used some education because they did similar shit to me..

 

You are fucking retarded. The cops would not trace the internet activities of a 16 year old kid who got busted with two counts of simple posession. And using a proxy server will not block out usage from the eyes overly curious parents. There are other ways to do that.


And to the OP: Your parents are major assholes, dont be an idiot and do your best not to get caught by them again and actually care about being caught again becuase they have shown that they dont give a fuck. You should apparentely.

yo that sucks mad. but dont tell the judge anything, just talk politely and take resonsibility, it shows you are mature and judges like it. But i tried to edgucate my prents and they just have a terrible view on but, i hate it. but they would never call the cops on me.

Right now theres a cop driving down the interstate smoking a joint, and some fat ass Judge smoking buds in his living room reading this dribble, I know thats sounds fucked up but its not impossable is it, What you seem to not understand that people bigger than you are doing the same things, And they control the world a little better than you do..

The law knows rightfully well that marijuana is harmless,, but its not to be just handed out in the school restroom...

Seriosuly, i asked my friend the other day why this stuff is illegal? I don't smoke it, but most people i know seem to i think, and i don't see why "they" ban it If people want to do it then they should be able to, not like it can be any worse than drinking alcohol and smoking cigerettes right?

assuming you really are 15 that means juvenile court,so more than likely you will just get a probationary period and possible random drug tests.. will have to get good grades blah blah..

my son wound up with like 8 felonies before he turned 18,,hell his best friend had 12 before he was 15 i dont think they spent a year total in juvey between the two of them.

the juvenile justice system is a fucking joke..

if ya wanna take some heat off you(it wont be much) and get back at your parents just tell the judge you smoke pot to escape the reality of your home life,tell him they are verbally and physically abusive to you,tell them you fear your father.. then step back an watch the sparks fly..

Hippiehillbilly, this is the first time I've disagreed with one of your answers. SILVERandBLUE could end up with his parents in jail, until they prove he lied in court and than its his ass in juv. hall for giving false testimony. As a minor he is better off taking responsibility for his actions and trying to stay clean till its over. Probation, random drug testing, drug counseling, are probable, community service is possible. Your own parents will go easier on you than some stranger who takes you as a ward of the court. In court "Peer pressure" is the most accepted reason for smoking. But be prepared for the judge to be down on you for giving in to that pressure.
