I might do x tomorrow but i'm not sure yet but i've been working out usally now and am wondering would working out like 4 hours or so before rolling be alright (or safe) and benefical still, it's a muscle work out not cardio. just wondering is x hard on the body too or just the brain.
It shouldn't be a problem at all and probably would actually be benificial as long as you don't dehydrate yourself. Drink an isotonic sports drink (gatorade ect) during and immediatly after your work out.
you will just ache a lot more the next day. if you warmed up and cooled off properly for your workout, it should make your body stronger against the physiological effects of the MDMA if anything. exercise is healthy!
