How the fuck can you have an order # when you print the order form, fill it out, and send cash? I'm not an annoying customer by the way, but I emailed them to see if they have received my money. I gave them all the info they ask for when emailing them. Their FAQ says THIS: "3) Before sending your support ticket please ensure you have included as much info as you can to help us resolve your issue. Information that would help can be order numbers, shipping details, date order sent, payment method, details of any cashed money orders etc. The more concise the email the quicker a reply can be sent." I gave them all that information, except the order number. They wrote back and said in order to answer my question, they need my order number. Am I missing something? How the fuck can I have an order number? Was I supposed to make one up and put it on the form that I printed? lol wtf? I don't understand. Someone enlighten me please. I'm confused. It says on the site somewhere, that if you don't want to create an account, then print the form and fill it out. I do NoT understand how I can have an order number.
Alright... The order number should be in one of the verification e-mails you get after placing your order. This number should be sent in the mail along with the payment. This does sound kind of weird because the order number should have been included with the form you printed out... I have heard of cash getting stolen in the mail (depending on the shipping method you used), so that could have been a possibility as well.
Thanks for the reply. What I did was I printed out the form. I filled in my information, and the seeds I'm ordering, and added up the totals and included $5 for shipping. I wrapped up $32 in paper and put it in an envelope with the correct postage. I did not register it because it was going to cost another $25. The postal employees told me the mail system in the UK is generally pretty good, and unregistered mail normally gets there. I understand it was a possibility it got stolen. Still confused.. What do you mean the order # should have been in a verification email after I place my order? I don't have an account with the website. They say that if you don't want to make an account, then print the form, fill in the info, and send it in. That's what I did, so I still don't understand how I can have an order number lol. Man I'm sorry I feel stupid or something. The form I printed had a blank space for the order number, but I left it blank bcuz I do not have an account. Man. What should I do?
